I have problems with the pre-order, how does it work?

If you did not receive a confirmation in you email, first check your spam box. If our confirmation is not in your spam box eighter then please give us a call to check if we received your order. We are a small business so bear with us, we definitely want to help you out, we do what we can.

Can I order a non-excisting flavour?

At this moment it is not possible to order non-existing flavours. We have an ever changing menu, depending on the season we create new flavours. Some of our classics are there the whole year around. Check our page ‘assortment’ to see our latest flavours or just come by our shop to try some flavours out.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

As you have already paid it is not possible to cancel your pre-order. We don’t have huge amount of storage. That is why we keep your order in our fridge for a 2 days.

Will you be open in winter and autumn too?

Yes. We are open the whole year. If we are on holiday or away on gelato experiment tours we will inform you via our social media and add it to google opening times.

Is everything gluten free, even for coeliacs?

Yes. No gluten are allowed in our shop. Even our gelato cones are gluten free so no worry for cross contamination. When we have lunch with the staff we will not eat this where we serve gelato and clean thoroughly afterwards.

Do you have vegan gelato?

Yes! We offer vegan gelato as well! In our menu you can see which flavours are available for Vegans.

Are the gelato cones gluten free?

Is your gelato suitable for kids?

Yes, our gelato is suitable for all ages! There are some flavors that require more mature palate but we definitely offer enough flavors that kids will love. Depending on your kid we guess;)

How can I get to your shop from Amsterdam Central Station?

From Amsterdam Central Station you can take:

Tram 17 to Tram Stop: Overtoom (2 min walk from here to Overtoom 117)

Tram 1,2 or 12 to Tram Stop: Leidseplein (8 min walk from here to Overtoom 117)

I am lactose intolerant, can I eat your gelato?

Yes, you can eat our vegan gelato flavors. There is no dairy so you are okay to order!

Are there any artificial colours or flavour enhancers in your gelato?

No! We do not work with artificial colouring or flavour enhancers.

Are you available for catering?

At the moment you can order online on our website and via delivery services. That does not include us though;) So for the moment we do not cater on location.

The brand identity of Miuz Gelato Artigianale is created bij Studio Elisabeth Enthoven. Elisabeth developed and defined our character, the logo, the Miuz pattern, the colors, typography and direction for photography. Studio Elisabeth Enthoven designed the website in collaboration the development has been done by Filt.nl. The interior design was based on the brand character and designed by Heinzel | de Vries. We worked on general photography for this website with Misses Prins. The interior photography on the contact page is made by Stéfanie Oonk. As we just started out we don't have all the pictures we needed. So that’s why we want to thank Unsplash for their free images.
