Forget the hot chocolate you know. Cioccolata Calda is a typical Italian winter drink: thick, almost pudding-like, made from real pieces of chocolate melted slowly, not from powder. It's somewhere between drinking chocolate and melted chocolate.
Like it extra indulgent? Add a crown of fresh panna (whipped cream) on top.

We make our Cioccolata Calda with chocolate from Original Beans, in three versions:
